1. Our commitment to you

We will always work within our scope of knowledge and qualifications. If we believe it is in your best interests to see another health professional, we will advise you to do so. If we have any concerns about your health in relation to our classes, we may ask you to seek clearance from your GP before participating.

If we need to cancel a class, we will let you know as soon as reasonably practicable.

The APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) recommends a hands-on approach to help correct alignment and assist muscle activation. By accepting these terms, you agree to this method and will let us know before any class if you are not comfortable with it.

For information on how we collect, store, and use your personal data, please see the Privacy Policy.

2. Your responsibilities

To the best of your knowledge, you have completed the medical history form accurately and told us about anything that could put you at risk during physical activity. You will keep us updated of any relevant changes to your medical history (including medication, injuries, or allergies) as soon as is practical. If necessary, we may ask you to seek GP clearance before participating in any of our classes.

You accept that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity. While exercise has many benefits, there is always a possibility of injury or physical issues arising.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, you take responsibility for any injury or physical issue that occurs during our classes where it arises from your own choice to participate against medical advice, or from information you have withheld from us.

3. Payments

Group Classes:

Class passes are payable by bank transfer or payment link.

You may use your class passes at any time, there are no expiry dates. Your balance will be reduced by one for each class you attend. You can request an update in person, by email, or by phone at any time.

Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. A pass is only assignable to one individual and cannot be shared.

If you purchase a class pass online and wish to cancel before attending any session, you may be entitled to a refund within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once sessions have commenced, or you have expressly requested that the service begin within the 14-day period, this right is waived.

As class passes cannot be refunded, please take the time to consider which option suits you before purchasing. Think about your schedule, how often you plan to attend, and whether the class times work for you. If you have any questions before committing, please get in touch at pb.movement@icloud.com.

Personal Training:

Sessions are invoiced at the end of each month. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, you will still be charged for the session in full.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

5. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this document shows when they were last reviewed.
